I am writing to you to relay some feedback on recent work that Andrew Gardner delivered for us.
My partner and I are currently about to move into our new property after a lengthy process of investigation into a past dispute about a tree that not only holds a preservation order but has also caused subsidence issues for our perspective neighbours.
Due to this situation Insurance companies were not willing to offer Building Insurance without a reputable structural survey being completed.
My partner discussed this issue with Andrew. Within just over a week the property inspection and survey report had been written and forwarded to us. As a result of this report we were then able to obtain buildings and contents insurance.
We feel that the professional and speedy work ethos of Andrew should be noted. Correspondence and communication was second to none and the report itself was incredibly thorough covering all the specifics that we had hoped for.
In light of the above I would recommend anyone to use Andrew Gardner and would like to thank him for his assistance on this matter.

I would recommend Andrew Gardner to anyone. He was very approachable and I was happy with the standard of his structural report and I would say it was of a better quality than similar reports I have had on previous properties. I felt that if I needed to query something with him at a later date he would be prepared to help where possible.
